First Time Edrum

It's my first time with an edrum, I think it's very good to start and learn, the sound is good and it works for small spaces.

Great value

Overall a very good buy. Sounds are good enough and the usb very useful .

Pads perform well enough but cymbal pads don't respond to quick playing (hi hat) For the money good. VERY well packed,

Is it the cheapest semi-professional kit?

I am only a scholar, but something is evident even for me after a few months of playing. The distinctive features of this setup, in addition to its price and weight, is standalone bass drum. It is extremely important if you want to play double pedal from the beginning, and you will be unable to find a cheaper version of such a kit here. The price really matters, and some of my friends, bought this setup as a cheap rack of training rubber pads-that's great as you get much more. The weight is very low, and this makes your setup very portable, that is great. Its processor is good, with a lot of instruments, and it is a fully featured MIDI instrument with some good presets for training. I could not find evident flaws at my level. However, its nearest competitor by price and quality may have much better snare for a similar price. So, this setup could be recommended if you really care for playing bass drum (and especially, if you buy a double pedal immediately), and if you use it as a second setup. But the feeling of snare may be a bit misleading, the recoil is smaller. The sound is in general good, especially considering the size of pads. So, while it is definitely value for money and has no obvious quality issues, it can be a semi-professional setup, but maybe you would like to spend some more and buy slightly more advanced model. Personally I plan to add a separate snare pad to it later, but for now, the setup is very good for training. Nevertheless, in terms of options and playability, it is a very good kit that will be a much better start than any of its cheaper competitors.

good sound

great for practice and beginners who want to learn the art of playing, great sounds, the downside is that you have to constantly tighten the screws, which come off very quickly after playing

Really Nice drum set

This drum set is pretty amazing. For it's price it has okay sounds (not the best, not the worst). Playings feels good and it has good dynamics (again not the best but not the worse). I think it's a great choice for begginers or cheap sollutions

Unbeatable value

What can I say- I needed a drum kit for home use and chose this. It is high quality and well put together kit. Drum are sturdy, easy to put together and doesn’t take up much space. I really like the drum sounds from the module too. I no looked around and could not find a better quality or better priced kit for my requirements. Top class product!

Good for practice, resilient and decent sound

We use them for band practice. I've also seen them used in teaching children drums. They are quite resilient and can take a beating. Yes, the feeling does not compare with acoustic drums, especially on the cymbals, but this set does its job pretty well and it won't break easily :)

Its Great for a beginner

It's fantastic for a beginner and it quite sturdy and nice. My only complaint is that there are not that many kits there are about 10 kits but at least you can customize it.

A great set for the casual drummer

I have been playing this e-drum set for about two years. So far I have positive feelings towards it and I would recommend it for drumming enthusiasts on a tight budget,

The set is very easy to assemble and took me less than 30 minutes.

The built quality is adequate for the price margin. So far I have not had any major issues. Two things are worth pointing out:

- The rubber of the pads wear out fairly quickly, with small holes gradually appearing at the centre of the pad. Luckily, you can swap your snare with any of the other 3 pads. It might be an issue with my playing though. I would recommend using nylon tip drumsticks, as those seem to cause less wear.

- The velcro strips, which fix the pedals to the ground (carpet), come off after a certain period, This is easy to fix though, gluing them back with a strong glue.

I have not had any other issues concerning the build quality.

The features and sounds are adequate for the price range and a first time drummer will be pleasantly surprised with the style versatility. Also, it is possible to connect the kit to a computer, so the sound palette becomes infinite.

Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the Millenium MPS-150 e-drum set.

Great budget e-kit

For the price it really is good. The sounds are not great but useable, just dont use onboard reverb (I have tried it through a good TRex reverb and with this its great and really makes it sound a lot better, far more real than the onboard)

Heads feel a little cumbersome, but for the price are very playable

For home practice/beginner stuff, it really is good

The only thing that annoys me is that when I use the earphones I have at home, I can't hear almost anything! The sounds come from the depth of the ocean... I ordered some better headphones and will see how it goes!!!

Great set for the money

This is the perfect electric drum set for beginners at this price point!

It includes all the needed elements for starting learning drums. It's also a plus that it includes a set of drumming sticks.

Installing also went smooth, the elements are designed to be setup easily.

The sound also is good through my headphones, the drums are very responsive. All in all very pleased.
