Superb Great Bass

I am very impressed with the tone and clarity of this instrument, but then, I have never been disappointed with Moeck. After the normal break-in period, the tone is rich, clear, and full, especially in the lower register (where others have cautioned). The fingering is light and responsive, and the keys well placed. Even though I am 1.9m tall, I love the strap to manage balance, and prefer it to a stand. A great product at a wonderful price!

Beautiful instrument

I have been playing this instrument for a few years and absolutely love it.

It carries well both as a solo instrument and also when playing with others in a group.

The sound is very rich, however the low F# is slightly weak (common on many recorder).

Beautifully made, however with my acidic fingers, the plating on the keys has started to slightly wear, but this is expected over time.

The finish and colour of the wood is beautiful.

I do not have any regrets with buying this instrument, it is worth every penny/cent.
