ObsidianWire T 3-Way Universal Spl. Harness

Attaching the pickup wires to the connectors is a bit finnicky and requires patience, but it beats soldering. Once you get a feel for it it's extremely convenient to be able to (dis)connect pickups in a matter of minutes. As i also changed my pickups it's difficult to describe the exact effect the electronics have had on tone, but the pots are completely noiseless in comparison to what was installed stock in the guitar. The range of the volume and tone controls is drastically improved. Way more dynamic. The harness itself is a perfect fit for my stock Made in Mexico Telecaster. Easy to mount on the control plate, with enough spare nuts, washers and ferrules for the knob shafts. A Switchcraft jack is also included. Highly recommended.
TAD ST-Style Wiring Kit

I bought this kit to have a backup when changing pickups on my 1996 American Standard Stratocaster (which is now a real vintage!), in case I messed something with the solder. I was not sure what to expect at first, but I was impressed by the quality of the components as soon as I opened the package, especially the pickup selector switch is the same as the original in my Stratocaster, which is very difficult to find from Fender since they moved the manufacturing of this hardware outside the USA and an original tend to cost a lot of money (just because it's branded on the package, I guess!). It even comes with wiring instructions! This is a full kit assembly, and I'll definitely buy it again if I need to fully rewire my Stratocaster again. At the end of the day, the pots you find...
ObsidianWire ST 7-Way ST HSS/HSH Harness
Based on 1 reviews
I started using exlusively Obsidianwire harnesses since 2020 (two traditional strat harnesses, one with Blender, and two HSS). I bought this to replace one of my old HSS harnesses, I was only interested in the HSH mode (there is a HSS/HSH on the PCB) switch but I also wanted to have the extra pup combinations available so I opted for the 7 way switch. Qualitywise, Obsidianwire is top notch. End of story. This one can also do (via the Push/Pull on Tone 2) Bridge+Neck and Bridge+Middle+Neck. If you are not like me, always operating my pups on full humbucker mode, this harness can autosplit (just use all four cables of your humbuckers instead of two). My strats are Fender Japan (CIJ and MIJ) and these harnesses fit just fine. The same goes for the MIA strats. So, if you are sick and tired...
TAD J-Style Bass Wiring Kit

Usual top quality of CTS Pots & Switchcraft Jack plus Orange drops caps, like you found on American instruments, complete with wiring set. Wiring diagram is different than the one provided by seymour duncan. (I use the diagram from seymour duncan, also identical as the original squier). I use it to Upgrade my Squier Jazz Bass CV 60s & Affinity PJ Bass. Need to modify the holes on my Bass to accommodate ¼ inch CTS Pots. Result is excellent. Pots are smother and lighter than standard squier one. Sounds subjectively better (just my opinion, maybe just placebo). Don’t forget to buy the knob that accepts ¼ inch or 6,35 mm shaft diameter.
ObsidianWire SC MKII Solderless Harness

I got this to completely redo the electronics of my epiphone Les Paul classic. Remember, you will need to widen the small sized push-pull pot openings on your epiphone. Non push-pulls donât need rework. Presentation is really nice. I was confused at first because there is no CTS mark on the pots. Switch is not switchcraft, donât buy switchcraft switch tips, they wonât fit. Good thing is the set includes cream switch tip. It feels exactly like epiphone switch, but the nut is definitely not metric. Cabling is not premium braided or cloth wire but looks reliable. Okay, after the looks and titles, it works perfectly. It literally took me minutes to install the harness. The wago connector is really easy to work with. Switch and jack cables are nicely thinned for very easy installation....
