Sturdy, good for gigging, solid build.

DRY, WET and TONE knobs allow for the perfect blending of the fuzz-ness into your sound

A bit tricky to use

This unit sounds very good but is quite hard to use. I was actually disappointed first. One needs to spend some time with it in order to understand how it works but once done the unit is wonderful.

The fuzz is a bit neutral sounding, which means it requires a good sounding rig. However the interaction between this very flexible fuzz and a good sounding rig can be amazing.

Smooth fuzz and good looking

First off this is easily one of the best looking pedals on the market today. The metallic brown/coppar looks should be a welcome addition to any pedalboard.

The controls are very responsive and makes this one of the most versatile fuxx-boxes I've tried. The dry control should be used sparingly though. To much of the dry mix in will just sound like your clean tone with some static on top. Not a big issue since even with the dry control at 0, it still preserves a lot of low end.

It won't do over the top aggressive fuzz tones, but it's really great at adding more sustain and grit to your bass lines. It does a pretty good job at replicating Muse sounds, which I've come to understand, is pretty much the benchmark for bass fuzz these days. I've found use for this in a lot of songs that typically wouldn't be associated with fuzz. Recommended!
