Nektar Impact GX 61 Reviews
Nektar Impact GX 61
enough the right a sense of from keys.
there is no feeling of a cheap product.
some synthesizers with a cost several times higher may have worse characteristics.
Excellent!
Very well built, extremely good quality is noticeable on the keys and all other controls, keeps working well after two years. Very surprised and satisfied, considering the low price tag.
A good product
Easy to use , works well with many programs , Plays right away you connect to a computer , no need for lengthy setup . Easy to transport too as the device is light .
Build quality second to none, but misses a MIDI port
This is a very well made and solid built midi controller. I prefer keys that are enclosed like piano keys, as they have a better descending movement than the ones that stop mid air when you press them.
Another thing I liked about it is the fact that you can set any fixed velocity you wish from 1 to 127, which most models won't allow.
The only thing missing from it is a tradition MIDI port, which makes it impossible to use it as a master controller of other keyboards. So this one is restricted to being used with computers via the USB port...
Such a nice MIDI keyboard
This keyboard is a great solution for home producing and an easy way to handle your MIDI libraries, providing multiple features and abilities. The only thing that I wanted was a better velocity, but I don't think that it is a major problem for such a price like that! Overall, it is a great keyboard with many abilities, that will perfectly fit on your practice, your studio (and home studio of course) or your musical demands and even on small gigs.
Excellent value for money
I bought this keyboard to start making my own music using my favourite DAW. The price was not high as this was one of the cheaper MIDI keyboards around with 61 keys but i think it offers excellent value for money. You get a nice MIDI controller which you can use for making your music. It is light and keys are nice so i think this is definitely a good choice if your budget is not high and you need something to start with.
You get what you pay for
Remember, this keyboard is only $100. Don't expect anything crazy! With that said,
It's a nice keyboard. I was low on money and needed a keyboard that I can just plug in and get some work done. This does just that. If you want something cheap that will get the job done, I suggest buying it. If you want something crazy, I suggest buying a keyboard that's a bit more expensive.
Very good
I use this keyboard in my studio
The keyboard looks stylish. The plastic is solid and doesn't creak, the keys aren't very well attacked but nothing serious. The midi cable could be a little more longer
The instruction how to connect and integration with the DAWs (for me FL Studio) are well explained
Then, it's definitely a good keyboard for the price range with good features
