Neumann EA-87; MEH ...

I was underwhelmed, to say the least. I expected this shock mount, given it's price and pedigree, to be of a much higher caliber of construction. It appears that demand is pushing the "new" Neumann (Sennheiser) to cutting corners and rushing to fill orders instead of encouraging the seasoned, caring and quality committed persons in this small but hugely important department do their best work. I demand better.
