You don't even need to connect to your pc! All parameters are adjustable using knobs and buttons, the housing isn't metallic but it made from a really strong plastic, very accurate pedal, it is fast, no lags, nothing..it's clean!

Good processor for beginners

I use this processor for home trainings with my guitar. The controls are very convenient and simple. The expression pedal is clear and smooth. The amplifier and cabinet models are well assembled. You can shape the sound to suit every taste. There are enough effect (Delay, reverb etc.) settings for all kinds of situations. One of the disadvantages is the small number of connectors on the rear panel. I would like a separate stereo output. It fully justifies its price.

Perfect practice tool

I was really surprised at how easy to use this was. I thought I would have to use it with a pc most of the time but now I only do it when I want to load a new IR. It also works Great when plugging a set of active speakers to the output. No need for any amp or anything at home anymore.

Great little box of effects

Nice little, well-built multi effect pedal to cover all your needs. Perfect for beginners that are still figuring what effects they prefer or people who like to have everything they require from looper, drum kit, tuner to loads of effects.

Just make sure to update the software from Nux website like already mentioned.

Great multi fx for a beginner

i recieved it yesterday and it sounds amazing. it has a ton of features and the sound quality is more than you pay for. i can strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a beginner friendly pedal.

Can't go wrong with it

I wanted only three important things. Amp simulator, cab sim and audio interface. I ordered this after watching reviews and forums and seeing alot of digital vs analogue discussions. I could've bought an analogue preamp into a separate cab simulator pedal into a separate audio interface. Glad I did not.

This thing is way better. I started using the amp and cab sims right away. All the famous amps and cabs are here- you can mix and match them along with a microphone and its position. Got a gritty heavy tone from it. Just for this it deserves the purchase. Then the gain pedals were great, the reverbs, delays eq etc. All are great. They sound like they should. Read the manual and start editing the presets and you are good to go. There's just so many features to this amp moddeller. Haven't even written about the looper and drums which are also great. I can't go over them unless I want to write a whole book.

Awesome play along for the value

A portable full recording studio rig just for 100€

I was introduced to this pedal by a friend and I was immediately blown away. I love the way you can make your own rig, not only by choosing your amp, cab and pedal line, but go as far as to choose a mic and it's exact location in front the cab. What I also found awesome was how close the emulation of the amps was to the real thing. I mean, I own quite a few of the actual amps and it is close, not the same, but really close. You can also record anything you want without having to go through rigging everything needed on your studio's interface (and it will sound very decent), something that will make your life easier. Just plug it and go!

For those who think about getting it, it is more than worth it, but make sure you update it as soon as you get it.

All in all, it is a great modeller and since it has everything needed, I don't think I will need to burn my amp tubes anytime soon.

Little Latency((

Bought for practice, but this unit not for me, it has little latency and cannot use that. Surely someone find it useful and sound is good also.

A true VFM for the price

This pedal is literally everything one can ask for, especially for this price. The pedal itself even with my amp (which is not an expensive one) it sounds great. The effects work very well and the usb connection for recording directly in your pc is very handy. The only thing i would suggest is to try to make your own pedal boards in the app because the presets have to much delay for my taste.

So much in a little cheap box

Many amps and pedals to choose from, great tones, easy handling. The only thing that bothers me is a missing on/off switch, instead of unplug it from the electric socket. But you can buy an extension cord with the switch in a local elect. store for a few bucks.

using at home

using this for home practice only and it works exactly as you think it should, the presets are better than you expect and the editing software is simple and easy to navigate.

only issue is it did not come with an electrical plug converter for north american use.

Solid choice for a multi-effects pedal.

Bought this for practicing, noodling, rehearsals at the studio and possibly a live performance. As a novice guitar player, the MG-300 is by far the top choice for its price in what regards sound quality. It might include less amps, cabs and pedals than other multi-effects pedals, but honestly you don't need anything more! The algorithm used provides a great experience similar to using a true amp and effects, with great sound detail. Paired with a set of monitos speakers and a sound card, you have your complete setup for a home studio! The build quality is good, it doesn't really feel plasticky or cheap for me.
