Excellent

I have been using these strings for many years, I adore them. the sound is velvety, full of sound, wisdom, density and softness of sound.

I really like the sound of these strings,

It has a nice and warm sound, i have only used these strings for 3 months now, so im still new to it. I do recommend these strings but they are expensive. I been playing violin for 2 years now, so im not a professional, i don't know what professional violinist think of these strings, but for me i really like them.

I've been using these strings for years now (since my Music academy days), and haven't look back since. Every time i put a new set on my violin is refreshed, sound almost reinvented. These strings offer great clarity, and really mesh well with sonority of my violin. Highs mids and lows are really well balanced, and the feel of strings for me are really good, they are really fast as well.

Top Quality

For Classical violin players these strings are top quality. Regarding the sustain, power and full overtones in the sound I assume that the price is completely worth it. For sensitive skin players this set might feel a bit sharp after long practice sessions.

My favourite set of strings. I have tried so, so many and these are just incredible. So clear, sweet and a quality tone. Perfectly balance of bright and deep tone. I have a deep, bass sounding violin so I don't need strings that give more bass tones. I use my violin/fiddle mainly for traditional Irish Music as well as some classical music and the strings have perfect response for both genres.

At first, I was surprised about three of four strings have the same thickness and A string made from aluminum. But then I put them on the violin and they are very sonorous. Very pleased with the purchase. Definitely recommend.

I have been playing for years and tryed many strings, but this is the best for my violin. Soft but also very responsive and strong clear sound. Very recomended :)

The best I've found for my violin

No strings I've tried work as well as these on my violin. As it's quite an expensive prospect to keep trying out new sets, I've decided to stick with these for the foreseeable future!

Great violin strings - industry standard.

Very popular choice of strings for violinists around the globe, used for solo, chamber and orchestral work as well. Can be used even on electric violins. These are like "industry standard" where I live, almost every other violinist have them and love them on their violin. Pirazzi's features intensive powerful sound rich with overtones, good dynamics, easy playability and excellent response - all good things you'd expect from today's modern string.

For those who can't decide between ol' "green" Pirazzi vs new Pirazzi Gold I would say go for Gold as they are definite upgrade, you should check them out and you definitely wont be disappointed. Just don't get me wrong, Pirazzi's are really great, but Pirazzi Gold's are even better.
