good quality overall, but the remote is already broken, in less than a year..

Great for the job

Great product and my number choice in monitor controllers. I just wish Presonus would ditch the awful external power wart and deliver these and all rack-mounted gear with a built-in transformer so all we need is a kettle plug running to power. This gripe costs it one star.
