Cheap and playable

Good for their price range.

Nice and correct

I like these strings, as they are cheap and good: they are better than cheap models on the big brand names. And they endure more, now I see (after 1 year).

Good but break easily

After using them for a week (about 1-2 hours a day), the 1st string broke. I changed them and the same thing happened again after 1 week. It seems that the nylon is kinda crisp. This does not happen with more expensive strings. But well, sometimes you just have to change them, even if none breaks because the silver and copper wears off.

The sound is acceptable, it's flat, but not worse than the cheaper d'addario's.

The strings are great for practice for technique, but not for performance.

Cheap solution!

I put this strings to an old guitar i have and is just fine.Not the best sound nor the best quality but you will play with no problem.

excellent product for the price

i personally use these set of strings for practice where you want to keep costs low. a huge andvantage of this product is that it can last for quite long. If you take care of your strings this can last fo up to two weeks and still look like new. l play at least 5 hours per day and i change strings every second week.

Solid strings

Decent enough strings. Easy to fit with an alright sound.

I managed to use this set for my classic guitar for a very long time no matter I bought it very cheap here and for that reasons I was having some doubts about the quality. Normally one would change the strings set let say monthly but at times, when you're playing occasionally, don't change it so frequently ;-).

For that reason, no matter the whole set sits for long mounted on my guitar, their sound was not getting dull neither the metal covered strings rusted.

I may say you can even buy a bunch of them all thogether, always resulting in a cheap price, to allow to change them frequently for almost no money and have a very good sound and easy smooth strings to play with.

All in all I recommend those for sure. Cheers.

Best strings for students

I bought these strings for my vintage spanish guitar. I usually don't record lots spanish guitars, so I was looking a set of strings for innocent home usage -which could allow me an acceptable quality for sporadic recording anyway-. And I have to say that they really do the job. The price is nice if you consider that the sound is not that bad! Not the best strings, of course. If you are studying classical guitar, or if you want to restring it with a minimum budget, these are probably the best you can buy. They don't give tuning issues or intonation problems. And they do have got acceptable harmonics (cheap strings usually don't!!!).

Pyramid Nylon seems to be the best choice for spanish guitar students and non professional users.

I use those strings on old used guitars that I have for sale in my workshop. They do very well for a reasonable price.

Not Bad At All

Nice easy strings on the fingers, easy to string up on the bridge , and bed in fairly quick, they are a handy set of strings to have but i wouldn't be to quick to do a gig with them

I use them on an old beat up guitar and they are great on it

A diamond in the rough

These are good quality strings that feel good to play. They are cheap to buy and seem to put up a good fight against overenthusiastic players. Overall, a good buy. I have made a few orders for these already and intend on getting a lot more in future.

cheap acoustic sounds lovely.

I put these on an acoustic I bought for 5?.

they make it sound beautiful. take a bit of bedding in but sound so well even on my old fireworks box. great to the touch and easy to manipulate when tying onto the bridge.

The cheapest strings

The Pyramid Nylon strings are the cheapest strings for concert guitar you can get.

I used them to restring the old acoustic-guitar in the common room of the university so I didnt want to pay so much.

For such reasons they are perfect! Maybe the sound of this strings is not the best, but I think the best and most expensive strings could not improve the sound of the guitar there- so what ;).

The strain is very high there because they were played the whole day from different people the whole day. Until now, they seem to be very stable. I aplicated them 3 months ago and no string is teared.

For beginners or poor students they are perfect but if you depend on perfect sound and brilliant tone, its understood that strings from a better known brands are more suitable.

Good beginner strings

As a beginner it is very difficult to rate strings. All i can say is that i am very happy with the sound of my low priced harley benton calssical nylon string guitar with these pyramid nylon strings. The combination sound good. I also get nice feedback for recordings. If more expensive strings are better, sound better? maybe but untill i am a better guitarist and developed an educated ear to hear that difference i will buy this ones.

Nice sounding strings

I have tried many different kinds of classical guitar strings but I always come back to these ones. With these strings it is easy to play. Very nice set of strings. They have a precise and well define sound in picking with a very rounded sound in the bass. I play mainly jazz music and they work really well with my guitar. It performs very weel for practice puposes.The sound they produce is fantastic, I have had no breakage issues. For the price, I would say its hard to beat the Pyramind nylon strings. The quality and feel is fine and as mentioned the price is really good, so its a definitive buy for me.

Good strings for the price

I bought these because I have a cheap acoustic guitar and play it rarely.

The strings sounded okay when first installed and they feel good to play. I left them on for a long time and now they are old; I prefer the sound of them now.
