I have been loving Reason + since purchasing. It is stuffed with fantastic instruments and samplers and is really all you need to produce music, create sound design and edit audio of any sort. VST 3 integration, so far, has been spot on with no crashes at all. Blocks is a brilliant feature for arranging and working on sections individually. The mimic sampler is the most fun I have had in years with an instrument. If there was a slight shortfall, it is that there is no video support. I know it is possible to use reason rack in a DAW with video capabilities, but I would happily stay in Reason + if sound to picture was possible. I have no hesitations recommending reason to anyone, whether pro or beginner.
