Thiisis my secong set of these heads, love the tone off of them, worth the money.

Sounds amazing, it's pretty expensive, but definitely worth the money. I have tried it on different wood snares and also my 8x14 brass snare, sounds so damn good. I play modern metalcore most of the time and the hits are fat sounding!

I bought this for my sonor maple kit. To be honest i buy this for the black look of it since i want a black look for my drum kit. But when i install it and tune it, OMG, the sound was stunning and my kit isnt that good enough. Recommend it for sure. Actually its REMO so, you have your guarantee that its gonna rocks. I also recommend that for rock songs

Aesthetically this head looks great. However, it didn't live up to expectation. Unfortunately, I found it doesn't "respond" very well to the stick and is more or less useless for brushes. Having said that it was interesting to try this head out - looks great when on the drum!

Remo Black X

I bought this for a Ludwig Black Beauty snare drum as I was searching for that "classic rock" sound and with an Emporer snare side fitted does it deliver !

Remo Emeror X Black Dot

I Have alot of different snare drums and on each snare drum i have the Black Emeror X black dot drum head.

the drum head is very responsive and gives a great snappy finish.

the head also looks great too!
