another fantastic remo product. a little heavier than an ambassador. I tend to use these as my resonant head of choice for live performances, coated for studio. long lasting. put a little moon gel or tape on it if the overtones and too much for yourself or the sound man.

Great head, great price.

I usually use Pinstripes on my toms but opted for Emperors recently for a change. They are cheaper than Pinstripes, and when your buying a full set of heads for a 7 piece kit it all adds up !!!

These are great heads and very tough. Tonally they are not a million miles away from the Pinstripe sound i was used to, so I was delighted there. I will be sticking with Emperors for the future.
