I love Remo heads and I've been using them for decades. I'm a jazz drummer and I like a round, open sound on my drums. Very good tuning and tone. Highly recommended!

Love these on toms

Pinstripe is my go to head for toms and floors. I love the dampening ring, it just kills the overtones but the drum can still "breath". If you hate additional dampening on your drums, try out pinstripes. If you want your toms to sound "dead", try a Powerstroke 4.

Great control of overtones, dense compressed sound, I've always loved these. Go to skin for my toms. Good quality, never had a bad one.

Exactly what I wanted. Have used these heads for years, they are durable and sound great. Everyone has their favourite skins or different methods of finding skins, but I would recommend these to anyone starting out on their search for a tone.

Great head!

I play rock music, so I was looking for Tom sounds that were loud, boomy and clear. This isn't the easiest of combinations, but the Remo 12" Pinstripe was perfect for me.

The sound quality is was you expected from a company of this stature, they are used worldwide for a reason. The difference this made compared to my old heads was incredible, I just wanted to keep playing and playing songs that had good tom fills!

The quality was fantastic, they do mark quite easily but that is only on the surface, I have no concerns about the skin breaking any time soon!

In the studio I used Moon Gel to tighten up the sound, as to not overload the mix, and some sound guys have asked for this live too. It all depends on the sound you are after

Really great sounding head. Makes my pearl exports sound amazing, they produce really nice tone. Very durable, haven't changed the heads in over a year and they still sound great. its amazing how much they can take without breaking. Perfect for playing Rock music. Would highly recommend.

My personal choice number three as batter head on my tom toms. Good tone on every tuning i have used and fits perfectly for the rock and heavy music i am playing. I didn't continue using these heads as i found better ones suitable to my ear, but i can recommend these to every other drummer no matter what your genre is.

Great head

I've played remo pinstripe for over 10 years. It's very durable and has a fat sound. I've tried other remo heads, but I always go back to pinstripes after a while. It's great for rock and metall!

my drumers choice from long time ago! He use to said: "There is no live stage without drumer who is not used REMO Pinstripe" and I believe him! The Drumers really like it!
