Timeless classic!

It’s a Remo Pinstripe… it’s does its job well. Will buy again… and again!

Great choice for vintage 80’s Pearl DLX/BLX/MLX/GLX drums.

Remo For The Win

Remo or Evans, there's a big split between users.

It all boils down to personal preference.

Me, I'm a Remo fan.

These just ooze quality and have the distinctive Remo tone and feel.

Probably the nest heads in the world!

It's a Remo Pinstripe!.....probably the best heads available! (get the 14'' while you can.....they sell out FAST everywhere!).

Perfect tone

I love Remo heads and I've been using them for decades. I'm a jazz drummer and I like a round, open sound on my drums. Very good tuning and tone. Highly recommended!

My go to tom head.

I've been using these on the rack tom and floor toms of my Tama Starclassic Performer b/b. I love the slightly muted sound. Also lasts a very long time. The best tom and floor head I ever had. Strongly recommend it.

Great for snares too!

I was looking for a clear head to put on my snare drum. This Remo Pinstripe clear drum head is very enduring and you don't have to worry about tuning it too tight. I can certainly say that there is a huge difference between using coated heads, when dragging or rolling the rebound feels more natural to me and I have more control over it. Definitely recommend!

Classic Pinstripe sound

I used this skin on my 14" floor tom for live and practise, and for punk-rock music.

The Remo Pinstripe has a very clear and warm sound to it. My floor tom sounded perfect with a bit of tuning, and I managed to get a punch-y deep sound that cut throught the rest of the kit with ease.

The skin lasts ages too, with no worry of it breaking anytime soon.

Overall it's a great skin and I highly recommend it.

Excellent for both studio and live drumming

I always use these heads for all my toms both in studio and on the road.

Gives you quite heavy, deep and powerful tom sound without any unwanted noises.

For me, survived about 90 strait shows of heavy metal.

But wont work for jazz drumming.

Pinstripe = Durability

Firstly, you can't go wrong with Remo. I purchased this for my 14" floor tom as I love the 'wet' or 80's sound off them. The double-ply clear Pinstripe's, though, also last forever.

While other heads might make your toms 'sing' life in them doesn't last long and then you need to change them far more often. the Pinstripes however will last for a long time and still hold their sound. Also very easy to tune.

If you are a drummer who gigs very regularly but don't have lots of disposable income, the Pinstripes may be for you. They'll sound good for weeks on end and with the right tuning you may not need to replace them as often as you think.

Does the job

What's there to say about the Remo Pinstripe clear head? I've used these heads for as long as I remember, and I haven't found a reason to change. They sound just right and they're really durable. I recommend!

The best!

I've played remo pinstripe for over 10 years. It's very durable and has a fat sound. I've tried other remo heads, but I always go back to pinstripes after a while. It's great for rock and metall!
