Intonation problem

Something is very wrong with intonating thickest string of this set. It just stayed flat 20-30 cents even with saddle pushed all the way forward. This is not a problem with my guitar since I tested ernie ball set after and intonation process was fine. I was really expecting these to be top notch. Also strings seem to be really dark, like used ones compared to others. Maybe that is just material.
