Does the job perfectly.

I bought this shock mount to put it on a table top mic stand and I’m super happy with you. Solid, classy, does the job perfectly. Thank you Rode!

Great product, good build quality

Very good, quite sturdy and heavy and stable in the boom arm.

So far, so good

I use the shock mount with a Rode Procaster. After a couple of months of light use, everything seems to still perform as it should: no sign of sag yet.

Don't use a heavy mic

This shock mount is built to work with the Rode Procaster but I honestly feel like the screws where it connects to whatever you attach it to is at its limit with the weight of that microphone. It slips a little from time to time which is annoying, especially because I paid for the brand model to match the microphone. Would I buy it again? I'm not sure... I might look for a higher quality one that I trust will hold an expensive microphone a little better.

Great shock Mount

Great shock mount, I use it with the Rode Procaster, and it's amazing, would highly recommend it, it is a little big, but I think looks good!

Works as it should

Works pretty well with my procaster. Easy to move around and seems sturdy enough.

Could not ask for anything more.

Does it's job, but the screw does not tighten well

Overall a quality product, with one exception. If you what to fix your microphone at an angle, then you have to tighted the screw (with the black hadle) extremely hard to get it fixed. If you do not tighten extremelly hard, then by time, microphone gradually falls down and changes the angle. I use with PSA-1 arm and with Procaster microphone. I think Rode could have better solution for that screw.

A really good shock mount!

I usually stream on twitch, and my desk was a bit unstable at the time. I have a dog, and she sometimes comes by and my mic would make weird noises when I did'nt have a shock mount yet.

So, I'm very pleased with my purchase. It came so quick to Portugal 10/10 would recommend

Long lasting

This shock mount has outlasted the mic that I bought it for. Definitely well built, comes with spare elasticised suspension threading that you will hopefully or probably never need.

Beats the included mount hands down

Great

I use it in combo with the Rode PSA-1 arm and it's very useful to reduce noise from movements(example: hitting your desk by mistake).

Pros: Sturdy build, good for lots of microphone models

Cons: none

Perfect

Using this with the rode desktop arm and procaster. Works perfect for my needs, able to move the arm around with knocking the mic about.

A good shockmount

It's a good shock mount. Fits well with my rode pro caster . Build quality seems good and it does it's job well. Need to use it more to see how long it'll live. But other than that it's a quality product and it seems like it'll live for awhile

good shockmount

pros: Sturdy shockmount with good de-coupling.

cons: The ring that screws on to the mic to secure it would be more practical if it were attached to the shockmount itself, so you won't risk loosing the ring.

a bigger handle to screw the angled bit would have been handy.

A spare elastic would have been nice too, especially at this price point.

Great quality

I do some work for an online radio station and I brought in my Rode Procaster and mounted it to the arm with the this unit and you could really see the advantage of this unit when it came to moving the mic. With the old mic on it you couldn't touch the arm while mic was live as you could hear it. With the PSM1 it greatly reduces the sound of the mic moving. I'll be buying another one of these for my home studio in the near future.
