Excellent bass. 7lb 4 oz light. Only change needed was to add the VTC. As the preamp is boost only, it was the easy solution to bring the high end down. Now the pre amp works exactly the same as the higher end MetroLine and NYC Models. Body wood is Okoume, which is now being used on higher end models, and is a fine tonewood. Neck is nice n thin. Takes adjustment easily. The P bass pickup adds some different tones than the standard J/J setup. In my opinion this is the best 4 string model in the MetroExpress line. Would give 5 stars once the VTC is installed.
