Fantastic

These are the best nylons out there for cedar top guitars. The sound is full and organic, the whole instrument comes to life and sings you a beautiful melody. Cantigas are my favourite bass strings due to their authentic sound and inherent softness. Unfortunately it comes at a price of icreased finger noise. Trebles are also very good in terms of sound. The high fequencies are enhanced (when comparing to other brands like D'addario) without sacrificing their musicality. They are surprisingly soft and easy to manipulate and the sound is very sweet and full-bodied. Again, there is a price to pay. After two weeks they start pitching very badly. Notes played arond the fifth fret come out five to seven (!) cents higher than they should. Maybe letting them settle for some time would help... I ended up replacing them with D'addario composite G half set. Overall despite their flaws I give big thumbs up the Savarez team for creating this set. Everything is a compromise. If you're willing to replace the trebles more often you will be rewarded with beautiful sound. If not... well, give tem a try anyway.

Just the right fit

These are my go to strings every time, normal tension treble makes fretting easy, and hard tension basses makes everything nice and clear

Better than Augustine on a Godin Multiac

First time I use a Savarez mixed set on my Godin Multiac and the armonic response of the entire set is excellent.

I've found a great feeling between the hard tension basses with the normal trebles.

Great purchase!
