Simply amazing!

Sound and build quality are absolutely amazing and are worth the money. I use them regularly for almost everything, from daily commutes to sound design. Reccomended for camera operators and people who just want some very light headphones.

Classic DJ headphones.

Best dj headphones

This one are the best for djs who are on the road all the time.. Used to have Technics, which are more comfortable and with better outside noise isolation, but ruined 2 of them in few years. HD-25 on the other hand are almost indestructible :) Really best that money can offer!

I have a bigger head so after a while my ears can start hurt a little. But other than that the sound is great and they perform awesomely good. Even in DJ sessions I dont really recognise the little to small size for my head.

I use these mostly for monitoring the audio when I'm making a track but I'm amazed how well they perform when DJing !

To be honest at first I thought that they'll be heavier. The design is slick and sexy but the build quality seems cheap and that is because of the plastic casing ( imho ).

If you want to use them just for listening music, these headphones are not for you. Some of my friends said that they lack low end and the mids are too loud but when you're in your studio you should either pair them up with your desired audio interface or search for other brands/models as these might not be the ones you should buy.

When I'm playing music these headphones do the trick for me. For all DJs out there looking for new hphones, get these! They work a wonder! No wonder all of the best have been using the same model for the past 20+ years!

All being said, you should document yourself why and if you should buy these as some might find wondering themselves why did they buy them in the first place.

everything i heard about them turned out to be true. amazing sound, simple and durable construction and they look cool! i ve had them for more than a year. i really have zero complaints

Great sound, doubts about the build

I got these headphones mainly for mixing and I wasn't disappointed in regards to sound quality at all.

However, the left cup broke on my first pair so I got a replacement pair but the exact same problem happened again. I don't believe these headphones are badly made as they are a premium product I think I was just extremely un fortunate.

Clessic for a reason

One of the best and a banger for the buck.

Doesn't matter if its for Dj-ing, mixing or just for good old music enjoyment HD-25 is a classic for a reason.

Lightweight is definitely a pro but a little more fragile than many in the same category but due to the modular build, spare parts are easy to come by. Industry standard.

Noise isolating enough to record vocal and drums without leaking click to records or loosing click to the drums.

High quality and normal price. Ideal for dj's.

Everyone knows that this is a standard, pro headset for recording. And they do their job great. Clear and loud, no spills!!

Great phones

I really like them. They sit well, don't hurt and cancel out outside noise well enough. They also go quite loud, definitely enough for my home setup!

Feedback for Sennheiser HD-25

I use Sennheiser HD-25, the headphones are really good quality

Nice sound, good isolation . good choise for all rounder. Sound is perfect. I m just a little disappointed because i got model made in romania . I expected made in ireland :D

Simple, Comfortable and Good Audio Quality

I use them for studio and for parties. In love with the fact that the headphones are very light and comfortable. Can wear them for a very long time. Audio quality is very good, insulation might be better. Very nice that you can replace every part of them in case something breaks.

Nice All-Rounder Headphones

I use the HD-25 for electronic music production and DJ'ing. For these purposes, I can say it is a fantastic choice.

Pros:

Lows are deep and tight. Extension is good but not perfect. Mids are okay and highs are present. Overall a nice and balanced sound.

Cons: I think trebles are just a bit forward. Sometimes it can be fatiguing. Also I can say these headphones are not quite comfortable. In long sessions you may want to remove it and let your ears rest.

I can recommend these for DJ'ing and studio purposes. These headphones are a very good all-rounder.

A standard for Field Recording

Great headphones with great sound. Find them very useful for field/location recording because of their lightness & small ear pads. the split headband is good for a more secure fit. Rarely need to move the swivel earned, but also great as an option. Not designed for external noise insulation. I would suggest getting the Coiled Cable option, as i find the straight cable gets caught when in the field..

Great quality, lightweight headphones

Excellent sound quality, lightweight and great build quality. Great for travelling and for DJing and for use in the studio. Only small con if I had to give one is that they are a little too tight for me personally, and after extensive use give me ear pain.

Overall great headphones, worth every penny.
