Great sounding vintage monster

OB-6 is easily one of the best sounding analog synths on the market. Its is not super versatile like Rev2 nor cheap like Deepmind, but boy those SEM filters kicks buts. Sound is amazing, build quality is great.

Fantastic synth!

Bought mine two years ago and it still surprises me every time. Superb sound, rich, detailed, incredible. It is a constant joy to play, best synth I ever owned. Highly recommended

Amazing synth

If you want the classic 80's sound get this synth!, also own the Prophet 6 and love them both.

Future classic

An almost flawless modern version of a classic. Nearly impossible to design a bad sound with this thing and the effects are surprisingly great, especially the chorus and phasers. If you're looking for classic, dark-edged synth sounds get one! I love mine.

This is now my favorite piece of gear!

It is a musical instrument, its alive and inspiring like no other synth I've ever played. Worth every penny.

Fantastic synth

I own the prophet 6, and I just got my OB-6 a few weeks ago. Both are great.

How to describe the OB-6? Compared to the P-6, the OB-6 1) has a more vintage sound (just a tad though), 2) has a more gritty "sizzle" sound on the top end, 3) is a bit brighter.

Which is better? They are equal. Just depends on what you want to do.
