Working well, build well. The sound is ballanced even if it go up to 16 and not 20 khz (I need to put a little extra high eq from the receiver). I can hear most details in my voice and can sing with much more nuances. I bought rechargeable 2AA batteries for the receiver and they are lasting for 2 gigs. I had some issues with the in-ears in the package -Shure SE=215 - ihe default plugs didn't fit well, so I've bought extra 3 types of shure plugs to find the best suiting ones. But now everything is ok. Also I can hear myself well and I'm singing with less fatigue in my voice. The signal feels very stable.

I currently have 2 of these, plus 2 extra XSW IEM EK belt pack receivers to put a 5-piece metal band on in-ears (1 is hard-wired). We're using it in combination with a Behringer X32 rack, and have been greatly enjoying the upgrade when compared to the floor wedges we were using before. We make heavy use of the "focus" mode on the receiver. Allowing us to have 4 individual mono mixes that the artist themselves change. No more "hey, can I hear a bit more of x?", just turn it up/down yourself. Although the belt pack does feel as if it's made from plastic, it has met the floor a few times already, and hasn't shown signs of breaking yet. So, I'm fairly confident that they'll last me a while. I gig quite frequently in a band and have used IEM for a while but I was always on a pack with a lead/wire, and as a front-man I always felt restricted because of the lead. So when I bought the Shure PSM 300 I was free of wires! I did worry about the sound quality as I've heard a lot about these wireless systems not sounding great or doing there job but losing sound quality, but honestly I was blown away by this system, its such a professionally built system too with mental housing give it a solid finish. I now have it put in a rack and I'm quite confident I'll have this for years to come! The IEM that come with it are okay but again if you want to maximize this system then I would suggest getting a good pair of IEM. I waited until the first gig to do a review. A fantastic IEM for little money, for guitarists and others. Full sound at all frequencies very clean and natural. No strange hums, distortion or squeaks at all. I also used the Shure PSM 300 for quite a long time and, for comparison, in my opinion the ANT mim30 passed the test very well. One minus is the plastic casing of the bodypack, which is an element that tends to fall somewhere and is susceptible to damage... but you can't have everything for me for less than 300e I highly recommend it !!!

Eins muss man Sennheiser lassen. Sie wissen ganz genau was sie seit Jahren entwickeln und es macht einfach immer wieder Spaß mit den Produkten aus dem Hause Sennheiser. Easy to use, super Klangqualität auch bei größerer Entfernung. Leute, nicht zwei Kilometer weglaufen, das funktioniert halt nicht. Bleibt in der Nähe. Preis, schluck, aber was soll‘s. Das Teil ist für die Ewigkeit gebaut, wenn man darauf aufpasst. Kann ich nur ans Herz legen wer auf Qualität im Bereich Ton legt. Danke Sennheiser

I really like this product especially for the ability to use dual mono or stereo. If our guitar player decides to go wireless all he needs to buy is a single receiver and use it with my transmitter. Can also be used in the Europe wide license-free range or in the 823-832MHz range, which is free in a few select countries in Europe, including Germany, France, Austria... look it up! I think the in-ears that came with this were okay, but I didn't really use them as I had my own already. The sound is overall very good, I only took one star off sound because there is a bit of a noise floor I can hear in the background (according to the manual, the signal-to-noise ratio is ≥80dB, which is noticeable, but not terrible). Not a deal-breaker for me, but if you want something that's 100% silent...

Been playing live for a while now and isn't it a pain to get home late with both ears ringing and not hearing anything? Well, not anymore! I paired this system with the Shure se425, great combo. I can now walk wherever on stage and still hear the whole band, no problems. Using this is very easy, super-simple interface, you can't really mess anything up. Having a system like this gives you freedom on stage so you can focus on the performance and not on if you're going to be deaf when you get home. Great Buy

It was between this and the Sennheiser G4. The Shure won due to the reviews about the high floor noise in the G4s! Overall good system. Super easy to use and set up, press scan on the receiver then sync on the transmitter and that’s it! Good quality construction as you would expect with Shure. Have been using the LD system (U508) IEM previously. The sound quality is better than the LD but not miles better. The Shure is warmer and fuller sounding than the LD system. As a bass player the interference on LD system was a little annoying (sounded like you were standing next to the sea while playing bass) this however is never noticeable when playing with a full band! Which is 99% of the time! The Shure PSM 300 does not have this problem, however, the Shure has definitely more floor noise...

I use it for LIVE and practice. I'm a vocalist. I used Shure 215's with this, and then later upgraded to JHAudio JHX3X custom IEMs. Sound quality is OK. Mostly depending on sound isolation of the IEM's used. Pros (for me): *Does the job very well. Tested up to 4x units parallel, Most in my band use this model. *good price to performance ratio. *Stereo. *Basic, easy to set up. *Had no Range or dropout problems. Even reaching far away backstages. *Never had problems with new or fully charged batteries. Lasts at-least 4h, depending on use. (volume) Cons: *When the batteries are low, it makes load unpleasant noise. (But I guess its good that it does not just die). Noise stops when you turn volume down on receiver pack.
