Comfortable

Great headphones, super comfortable & great sounding

A home studio must

Good sound, very comfortable and perfect to use if you are tracking guitars or vocals, since they are very silent without much sound spillage that can be picked up by the microphone.

Great sound, low price!

These are great headphones for studio or just for music lovers. They have great sound, better than some other more expensive headphones. Maybe you'll get tired if you wear them for a lot of hours.

More than i expect

This is a cheaper more light weight build version than the 440.

But the sound is more equal than i expect.

I have both - and did a listen between this nice Shure.

And tho this 240 is build more light and not so steady, it is a good choice for the money.

For personal use - this is perfect...

For all person use (studio-radio), maybe choose 440...

Both 240 and 440 deliver such a clean and NON colored sound, that AKG better watch out.

Can't fault them for use with a Line6 Pod

These are very comfortable and sound great when used with both a Line6 Pod (Their primary use for me) and during a test with an iPod.

The adapter for the larger size jack plug is the screw on type, which is a very good thing. I've just other headphones that used a push on adapter and any time you unplug them the adapter gets left in the socket which most frustrating. The shure system is a really good design.

Very comfortable for prolonged use. I use themnfor guitar practise for around 60 minutes at a time with no comfort issues at all.

My only thing I'd like to see improved is the length of the lead, buts thats a minor point. They have a 2m lead, and 3m would be better.

Great headphones for the price.

Shure SRH 240

Hello,

I have bought this nice headphone to record or better to say to sound my produced music sessions with Cubase Artist 6.

This Headphones are very good processed. You can hear music for one hour or later and there are no hurts on your eras. extremly in love!

Sound:

The headphones have a very linear sound and so you have a pretty good nuanced workflow.

the heights are very velvet and fine but really true and faithfully but present.

The bass is a bit slightly, so sometimes it is a bit difficult tojudge the "groundsound".

In open words i would say: "something is missing. The Bäääm effect"

But so it is: true, fine and linear!

Good Headphones 5 Stars. Thank you!
