The calibration is good, but it is buggy with my Mac(M3 Max)

The calibration is good and also you can get a feel for other types of headphones and few other listening environment. But the software has bug which they are still working on for about a year now, they have recently released a beta version and they say it will fix the issue. The bug is quite troublesome it messes with all audio processing it even crashes my Mac and UAD Apollo interfaces. I hope they will release a new version soon to fix that issue. Other than that I was happy with the product.

I adds value to your already old headphones, and overall gives more reliable results when you're mixing on headphones.

Mixing

So I bought this to see if it would improve my headphone mixing results, and I definitely think it does and it's very useful in that respect.
