Soundcraft Ui12
12-Channel Digital Mixer

Great little mixer
Very tidy little mixer packed with features. Has everything you'd need for a small mixer and more. The interface is the best out there, bar none. I also have the ui24r and that is brilliant as well. If I was nit picking, the power connection is a liability. If you're going to be taking this in and out of a bag or something, I could see the lead breaking over time. The usual iec would have been a better idea but maybe that would have increased price etc. And the WiFi connection might have problems in a crowded space if you plan to be far from the box when mixing as its 2.4ghz only. But this can be easily solved with an external router. I'd highly recommend this mixer.
Amazing digital mixer
Perfect Budget wise and sound quality with all features covered with higher digital mixers
review
nice and providing good mixing
Great mixer, very easy to use
All in one mixer controlled by pc/mac or tablets. All features you would have in a basic daw are here. easy to use, great sounding and well built.
Good for the price
I have used this mixer is every situation. From small band gigs to running PA for a high school sports carnival with 2,000 people.
For the price, it's awesome.
Pros:
- good price to performance ratio
- straight forward to use
- Good Sounding DAC and ADC
- Built-in guitar sims are a cool feature
- ability to connect multiple devices is really handy.
Cons:
- Built-in WiFi antenna/hotspot is hit and miss. Works for 2 meters away. Highly recommend ethernet to an external router.
- Sometimes the HTML GUI glitches out and requires you to refresh the webpage to fix.
- No delay or phase inversion control on outputs (for cardioid subs)
- Difficult to setup foldback's when using stereo inputs - has issues combining both channels without phasing correctly.
My new baby
The mixer is PERFECT!
The best digital mixer
For this price to get a good digital mixer is really good deal. Have used it for couple of years and never let me down. Interface is simple, everything works as it should. Made my life so much easier by saving presets. When i got for a gig i only connect 3 cables and good to go :)
Only suggest is to buy extra router for extra wifi range.
Excellent sound, low price
Use
Local community center. Bands, soloists, performances.
Pros
Very good sound, plenty of setup options. Very good interface when using a large screen and fast device. No need to install the application. Works with a web browser.
Cons
With a small screen (phone) and a slow device (poor tablet), the interface is slow and inconvenient to use.
All round great buy
The UI12 is compact, light and exactly what I was looking for for my touring solo act.
Easy to use and great sounding.
One small con, use of a wifi router is a bit of a must as mixing on the iPad can get complicated at a distance.
Other than that, Soundcraft always delivers!
good stuff
i just buy this stuff really powerful
