Great overall bass
Nice size, easy to handle.
Amazing quality for the price.
I am a guitar player and was looking for a basic, shorter scale bass for home recording. I'm really impressed by the build quality. The sound is a little limited, running the whole way through the tone pot doesn't alter much, but it's nicely balanced overall. There was also very little adjustment needed straight out of the box. The neck is easy to play and there are no sharp frets. I was really not expecting much for the price but I was very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend for beginners or anyone like myself looking for a basic and compact bass. I may upgrade with a better pickup in the future but for now it's fine. Oh, and it looks cool too.
