Squier Mini P Bass Dakota Red
Mini Electric Bass

Some quality contol issues but a good sound bass for the price definately
Ideal for entry level
I got this bass to learn a new instrument and it was a great choice. A short scale bass is easy to hold and learn the basics.
However, if you want to record bass for your songs it is not a good fit.
I love this thing
I absolute love this little bass. Sure, it doesn't sound the same as a full scale, but the thing is, it sounds *different* - not better, not worse, just different.
I gave the quality only 4 stars though. It needed a bit of setup work after having received it - more so than other guitars I've purchased. It seems the quality control in the factory might not be quite so high as on some of their other products.
