Nice piece of kit, very well made for the price. Good punchy colours. We use these for film and television work as it works out much cheaper gels. The IEC connect in and out is a good idea if they are being used on a truss as it allows the power to be daisy chained.

If been used for TV work, they need MANFROTTO RAPIDADAPTER 183748 so they can attach to standard 'baby' lighting stand.

One thing that would be handy is a simple DMX 'cheat list' printed on the back as they have a bewildering selection of modes.

In fact they are so useful (and cheap) I will be buying more

bought two of these at first and was so impressed i bought another two and mounted the four on a bar for a cost effective light show

What a bargain!

Honestly, how could you go wrong with these? Inexpensive to buy, they transport flat, they're light and they're bright. Add to that the digital programming built into them, the fact that they can be DMX controlled if you wish, and how can you go wrong? We've been using these for a while and they're holding up well. One even got a beer spilled all over it, but I don't think any even got inside it, and they get dropped from time to time (I don't recommend this!!) and they still hold up. For the price? They cost next to nothing and must be the bargain of the century.

Great Light

This is a great light. I bought four of these lights and use them for up lighting. They are very easy to use and are very light. They are very bright and don't take up space. If your looking for an affordable light i would recommend buying one or more of these

this light is not a bad little light but it does lack some features that other pars have in the same price range, for example all the fittings and all the I/O puts are on the same side which can make it a bit more difficult than other units to daisy chain together but other than that its about the same as other units in the market

Tiny footprint for stage, and good light distribution.

My band moved from standard PAR Cans to these a few months back. We can fit 4 of these in the carrying space that one of our old cans took up, saving vital room in the van. The fast colour changes aren't the greatest - we just have them slowly transitioning from colour to colour - but overall they are unbeatable for the price and size.

Very easy to set up. Very light and versatile light fixture. Can be linked to multiple units and/or controlled by DMX. Has good sound to light effect option. It gives quite a narrow beam - suitable when set up a short distance away from performer/s or for use as spot. Can be placed/positioned in various ways, only set back is that the 'feet' aren't both connected to the screw and therefore can't be locked in position (its one bracket which than has a smaller bracket hinging on it). For floor set up a floor stand or suitable alternative would be necessary.

Space saving lighting

We use 4 of these in our band as floor spots to supplement the LED side washes. The light output isn't spectacular but they are very useful to provide close up cover. They can be controlled by DMX as part of a bigger system or set to run in various standalone modes.

One big advantage of these panels is that they fold flat; four of them can be carried round in a sports bag together with the mains cabling and connecting DMX cables. For a band playing smaller venues and loading in and out of cars this is a big advantage!
