I upgraded my desk with this unit. It does everything I need it to do for my recording needs and outboard equipment, great product!

Fantastic workstation

Anyone looking for a studio desk should buy this without hesitation. Very high quality piece of furniture and very easy to put together with no fiddly components. Also, being on castors makes changing cables etc a piece of cake. Looks very smart too.

Very decent studio desk for the price.

I needed a cheap second desk for my home office, specifically for my music noodling needs. This was cheap and seemed to have most of the features I wanted.

It was fairly easy to assemble for someone with plenty of Ikea experience. The wheels are useful, and the cut-out for your chair is very useful.

I do miss having a keyboard shelf - I feel like the main desk height is a little bit too low, and the monitor shelf a little bit too high for larger screens (they ended up above eye-level for me).

However, for this price, that's no real argument. If you want a cheap desk, this one's great to get you started, and to learn what you might want in a higher-end desk.

Check your monitor/screen height!

The desk is good, however I have had to modify it, shortening the length of the uprights, as the 2nd shelf was too high.

I'm fairly average height, however I was craning my neck to look at my screens on the shelf and still keep my elbows level with the main desk.

Perfect Purchase

This product has been with me since 2016 and I doubt i'll be upgrading anytime soon. Perfect desk for a home studio setup.

Perfect for the small home studio!

Everything came well packaged, there where no damages. The size is perfect for a small home studio and the 19" racks do what they suppose to do. Overall a great investment for a proper studio desk.

Perfect not only for music

I bought this desk mainly for music purposes, but also knowing that it would have to be suitable to work on. And, it is!

The top shelf comfortably hold my speakers and my monitor which is on an arm. The main desk area is spacious and can hold everything. I can't comment on the racks as I didn't install them (who has money for analogue stuff nowadays?). The bottom shelf is really helpful to put gear on as it keeps it separate from the floor.

Good

Everything fine except center brackets can't be screwed fully because center vertical panel is too thin for their total length, this can be fixed by adding washers.

This Creation Station can transform into a dream workstation!

This table is a good base for customization. I bought separately drawer plastic cabinets, in size between the top and bottom boards of the table and attached with double-sided adhesive tape. Then mount my computer monitor to the top shelf with a LCD arm for table mounting so that I could lower the monitor below the level of the shelf when sitting at the table or raise it to a height of two meters if necessary. All electrical appliances on the table connected through 10-way socket strip with switches attached to the back table part so that all electrical appliances installed on the table connected to it, and the entire table connected to only one outlet. The table is easy to move due to the wheels and the absence of a large number of outgoing cables. In the end, after all the customization for my needs, I hardly imagine a more comfortable table of this size for my needs, for which I purchased StudioRTA Creation Station.
