Good price, better quality
These mics punch well above their price point! Iâve found them to be responsive and accurate to the source sound. Might get a few more!
It's a mic
Not great, but works. Poor signal to feedback ratio.
Sturdy Mic
I was blown away by how good this mic feels
Cheap, sturdy and has natural treble rolloff
The build quality is really nice for the price. Soundwise. It is not nearly as universal as SM57. But it might work for sources where you would reach for an EQ to reduce frequencies above 6kHz. Works for jazzy electric guitar combos, but not so much on toms.
Best Value for money
I am verry happy with these microphones, same sound as akg D40.
Unfortunately one front grill popped off but this does not influence the sound quality
Actually pretty good!
Really decent mic!
Used them for some percussion and was really pleased by the result.
Also very handy for drums (kick/toms) you want to trigger samples with afterwards. No need for a 2000 dollar mic in that situation.
Of course there are better microphones but I highly doubt that you can find them in this price range.
PRA 218A
Brought this mic as a quick cheap recording mic for low end application … works fine but there are better mics out there if you spend a little more
Handy Mic!
I took a gamble on this mic because I'm not using for drums... I use this for vocals while busking and it works well! Quite a full sound, though I haven't tested it too extensively.
I would wager this would be great on drums of course, but it seems to be very versatile. I'd say it would mic up a guitar amp nicely too!
If you're in need of a lightweight versatile little microphone on the cheap you can't really go wrong with this.
Very good for it's price
All I can say is that given the fact that it costs so little,
it performs admirably in every aspect.
Clear mids and full lows,
I haven't tested many mics but the sound coming out of it
seems full to my ears
it's small and seems durable.
I've used it just to record my bass through my amp
and I'm very pleased.
An awesome mic
I think these Superlux and t.bone mics are really amazing, especially for their price! I like them so much, that I'm looking forward to buy more!
