FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

This thing makes a guitar growl like a savage lion. It says honey pot, but bees are pretty quiet and this thing roars. It's a real powerhouse and can rattle the windows. Cut back a little and it can play a nice soft overdrive tone. Great device and very user friendly with the large knobs.

Great fuzz tone and free noise gate included

Samples of the tone are abundant so I'll pass; what you won't hear in sound samples is how the pedal is EXTREMELY silent, even at the hardest setting. Compared to the distortion's base hum of my four guitar amps and the Metal Zone pedal, this effect is more silent than all.

I have a great Strat clone with classic Fender 57/62 pickups, the most shimmering of all, but not stacked, so they hum badly with moderate distortion, and almost unbearably with highest gain. So I had left it to nearly clean tones only but the Honey Pot allows for harshest sound without the irritating buzz, and now the guitar is used more.

If you are stuck with low gain because of noisy single coil pickups this is your savior. You can play hard rock and metal and forget the hum of old days. At the minimal setting the fuzz acts like a gentle crunch, gives more presence and bite to the bare clean tone.

The jacks lock very positively with good clicks, and the pedal drives so little current I left the rechargeable battery several weeks. Only the super short screws are a bit annoying but I made knurled replacement screws so no need for a screwdriver anymore. If you do that, beware that the screws must be only 4mm or 5mm deep or they will hit components inside.

The build is very strong, the foot switch is tough and positive, the knobs are not scratchy, no,issues. I can't insist too much on the silence of that pedal, it is such a relief to play the hardest tones and hear no buzz at all. Highest recommendation.

A decent budget muff

I A/B tested this against a Green Russian Big Muff. They were quite similar in sound, and the Honey Pot could definitely serve as a budget alternative. In addition to this, the pedal is built like a tank, as are all the TC Electronic pedals in this range.

Highly recommended as beginner fuzz pedal, together with the Behringer SF300.

Smooth

One of the most velvety fuzz pedals. Set tone liw and it can be the distortion for your rhythm parts. Set it high and just enjoy sweet dripping sustain on double stops.

If you need fuzz

then consider this pedal.

it sounds little different than many other fuzz pedals and it is not overdoing it.

works for me.

Incredible value fuzz

For the price you can’t beat this fuzz, very muff like

It's a great sounding Fuzz

More like a Big Muff but changeing settings the sound can vary from very subtle to very powerful, but even at the most extreme settings its stays pretty usable. I mainly have it on one setting and change the volume and or tone knob on the guitar to get different results. Very well built and sturdy. If you consider the price, it's an absolute no brainer.

Crying fuzz

I use this pedal with a Blackstar 3W mini amp.

Between a pure distortion and a Big muff. It sound full in frequency.

Nice gear to play with.

sounds great, great price, robust case, the only thing that could be considered a downside (and this applies to the whole pedal series) is the on/off switch that doesn't reacts the moment you press it but after you lift your finger (or foot).

Dark and furry

It really sounds great, super dark, warm and furry. And for the price point, yeah.

My Honey

Absolutely in love with this pedal. Take a trip to the 70's on this!! Sound is awesome, tone shaping is huge and no signal loss. Its also built to survive a nuclear winter as is all the TC stuff on this range.

Solid pedal in all meanings of the word!

Very "muffy" sound. Great for stoner riffing and Gilmourish soloing. Incredible value for the price.

Feels like a solid brick. If you drop it you'll dent your floor but the pedal will be ok.

Best budget fuzz hands down

Can't think of another fuzz that you would ever need! I absolutely love this pedal. It's always going to be on my pedal board. This pedal can even CHUG. It's fabulous.

Smooth Brown Tone

Ideal for low-gain humbucker use. Gives the Brown Tone even with a small amp.

Crushes your sound to bits

If a fuzz pedal can be metal, this is the one. Everything from mild crunch to total destruction. Depending on whether you roll off the volume or stack it with a boost/overdrive in front of a nice bright tube amp, you can get a lot out of this one. One of my favorites from this series of pedals.

Great Pedal

Great fuzz pedal for someone not willing to dish out €100. It sounds great, and you can really get a lot of different tones from the pedal. Well worth it

Nice!

I bought this pedal as I wanted to expand my sound. I never really played with fuzz, so I thought I would give it a try.

Pedal is built well. Pots seem to bo ok, the switch, well maybe not so much, but it works well so far, so ...

It's built to a standard. Altrough it's behringer made, I believe, the construction cannot be compared to behringer pedals in any way. No plastics, just good old sturdy metal. The input and output jacks seem to be nice as well. Not top end, but good enough.

It is a bit noisy, but I guess all fuzzes are. It's not too bad, I used it in studio, feeding my overdriven marshall and it sounded really good for solos. For chords, for my taste, it tendst to be a bit bass heavy. But for solos ... man, it's almost like you are playing a violin! Endless sustain, really.

It works nice into clean amp, into over driven amp and to responds well if you boost it with overdrive pedal and vice versa, meaning it boosts overdrive or distortion pedal in front of it.

For the money, really cant go wrong with it.
