general ok

This effect works ok, but when I cannot make Phantom +48V off, then dynamic micropfone (when I`m singing) put the electric current on my mouth. With condenser works well

Good features, rather specialised effect

Not tried this live yet, only in practice, but standard TC Helicon metal construction, adaptive tone, reverb to normal high standard. No power supply included but works on a standard regulated commercial power supply for me. No manual included but available online. Provides phantom power to mic even when using batteries - I run a condenser headset mic from it through standard interface.

For me the Critical Mass effect is only suited to certain types of singing. For normal singer/songwriter performance the effect seems to overwhelm the soloist. I can get really nice ethereal sounds though using smooth humming with no consonants with lots of effect and reverb, rather specialised. Clicky consonants are echoed very rapidly. For me th main effect is not for normal use although the adaptive tone and reverb along with phantom power are suited to all types of singing.
