TC-Helicon GO XLR MINI 3-stars Reviews
Great interface let down by shoddy software
As an audio interface itself, it is slick and easy to use. You can asssign different applications to each of the different channels handled by the interface, individually controlling volume or muting. It's a convenient mixer if you stream.
Unfortunately, I noticed a great deal of problems that occur in the software itself. It often stops functioning randomly and requires frequent restarts of the software itself. Occasionally the settings you change are not saved as well. I am unsure if this is caused directly by the app, or faulty drivers.
Still, for the price it's better than most you can find.
2 units have had a malfunctioning 3.5mm headphone jack within months of purchase
As the title reads. The 3.5mm jack in the front for the headphone output has been the cause for 2 rma requests. Everything else has been great. Initial setup is a bit gimmicky with the drivers and TC-Helicon support basically being their discord isn't optimal but works.
It has only been used at home for general chat, educational use.
Mac support is no available
This is a very good sound mixer especially for streamers but beware that there is no such support for MACOS.
I did tons of research on this product and watched hours of content about it and no one mentioned that goxlr does not support MACOS.
Even on their product page, there is a tiny declaration about windows only support.
I did not expect this and I have wasted my money.
I found a scratch on it
There is a scratch in the "Music" bar I found after setting it up. It doesn't matter on the usage but it is physically a bad thing.
good
it's good but i had issue with it it's not working good with RTX 3080 OC asus Tuf Gaming i hope they make update for it
