Great little unit

Sound quality and functionality are excellent for what I need. One star less for futures - as it is not a floor device and presumably you have to switch during performance, you have to have the floor switch. I bought it as well and, yes, the package price is not that great. Luckily the sound is.

Great for what's it meant to do

It's amazing and died everything it's supposed to do pretty well. Works as a mixer if you are a solo musician.

Practical Vocal Effects

This effects unit has everything I need for recording. Reverb, harmony, and echo. Simple and sounds great!

Good qualiy, great price for what it offers

Bought this for busking.

I love the compact size, you just need a few wires to make everything work.

The harmonies are awesome!

I also like the fact that it provides 48V for the mic.

My Dovina Guitar sounds great with bodyrez as well.

Standart sustain pedal does not work with this unit. You need to buy Switch 3/6, Digitech FS3X should also work (cheaper, same internals as Switch 3)

I thought i would have a problem powering this device on the go but it works with my 9V 1.3 amp powerbrick (the one that commes with the device is 12V, 1A).. so it seems like it could also run on batteries (somewhere between 9-12V).. i will test this out eventually when i add a 9V output regulator to my Behringer MPA40BT-PRO portable speaker.

USB wont power up the device..

Amazing vocal unit

I bought this mainly for its harmony feature, however it's really an amazing unit. It has plenty of connections and options which is handy and it mounts directly on the mic stand (it's designed to sit on the table as well if you prefer that).

Pros:

- Packed with features

- Size

- Ease of use

- Amazing video manual on YouTube (playlist of short video tutorials explaining the features)

Cons:

- Lack of written manual in the box

I would recommend getting the foot switch (I bought with 3, but there is a 6 model) because it really allows to utilise the full power of the unit (e.g. switching between different harmonies mid song).

Initially I was a bit disappointed that I can't mute the guitar input when using it for harmony because I want to record just the voice and harmony, but not the guitar, however the video tutorial explained that you can do that using the aux input which is amazing. Furthermore the unit will use the aux input for harmony meaning you can connect your synth/keys or output from a mixer when recording vocals (or performing).

All in all very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!
