Front fill

Perfect for front fills for musical theatre

Amazing sound but...

Amazing sound, but really requires a sub woofer. Alhough the bass is fairly weak, it is not muddy or flappy.

Great sound with a quality build really pleased with fast postage

Waay better than expected

I bought them relying on all the positive feedback and it was not a mistake.

Powerful little things, very clear sound, enough basses and a very good sturdy construction. I use them (with the T-amp S100) as all-round home sound system for media as well as bass and guitar playing and they can handle it perfectly, in fact they're way more than enough when you have neighbours.

Don't let their size mislead you, they pack a punch.

Cheap and cheerful. Inoffensive sound and stands up well against other well-known brands. Closest comparison appears to be the Control 1 and I would choose the Achat any day.

Feels well built, can take a bit of knocking about and does exactly what you'd expect from a small loudspeaker without trying to exceed itself.

It's not a 5 star loudspeaker as expected but it defiantly punches above it's weight. For what it is and at such a reasonable price it certainly deserves it's place on the kit-list.

It would be nicer without the glaring, white brand badge on the front but that's easily concealed...

Excellent

Fantastic intelligibility from such a small box, used 4 of them on an outdoor ceremony, sounded crisp and clear

Very good for the price

I was quite amazed by the overall quality of the product, and the sound seems clear even with lower volume levels. They could be a bit prettier, but on the other hand they are nearly indestructible. The connections are easy at least for home use.

Sounds good for the size, shame about thread sizes

These are a great sounding little cabinet for the size. They're never going to have the bass response of a 12" cabinet but for a small driver they behave remarkably well. Very strongly built too. My only problem with them is that all of the threads are metric - not compatible with a mic stand thread. The larger 204 cabinet has a mic stand thread at one end - which is odd as the larger cabinet is far more unstable on a mic stand, whereas these little boxes would be perfect on a mic stand.

Front Fill Wonders

I bought 4 of these to use as front fills when we tour theatre venues. They are fantastic quality in both build and sound quality and are absolutely tiny. Rated at only 40watts may seem small but you really can push them hard, especially with 4 of them across the front of the stage. We use them mainly for vocal reinforcement for radio microphones for both speech and singing and for musicals have not let us down. Have also used on live events such as cookery displays, conferences and exhibition. As expected for a 4" driver the low end bass is pretty much none existent but add a small sub and you have a really nice small scale full range PA system.

Tiny and powerful

Great little boxes for stage fills, or clubs and bars, they need a sub but anything over 100hz they will blow you away, also come with lots of useful accessories and they fit on a mic stand
