Nice value for money professional looking and sounding sub

Like others have said, handling is difficult, although not really heavy for two persons

Make's your trousers flap!

These kick out a lovely amount of sub. Good for all genres of music!

Still going strong after 6 years!

Plenty Sub !

I bought 8 of these 10 years ago as part of the Box Pro Achat System 2 I am configuring a new system and incorporating these into it as they are (still) so good!

Being Horn loaded they give a very good account of themselves and perform well against other 2 x 18 conventional subs but are much easier to move on their wheels and I can still stack them on top of each other myself (just about!) Over the last 10 years I have used them for all sorts of gigs from the hotel function band (using 2) to full blown festivals using all 8 about 6 times a year . I have never found my self wanting any more Bass ! AS usual with the Achat stuff this is fantastic value for money and perfect for people that listen with their ears not their eyes ! :-)

OK

Nice, powerful, punchy sub. Driven by the box pro Achat Amprack L. Good power to size ratio. The black paint finish bit fragile.

Superb Sub

Really impressed with these - which were purchased as part of the achat "Open Air" bundle. Build quality is excellent, very rugged and they stack nicely. An easy two-man lift and they can be dragged about by one! Handle cut-outs are in all the right places. Thinking of adding castors to the backs to improve handling. Sound is superb - really nice clear lows with no hint of muddyness.

does the job

i read a bunch of stuf about this speakers and decided to buy them.

I'm not sorry, becouse they sound like thunder :)

Afkors the paint is bad, but if you spend a bit you can overpaint it or something, but no problems with the box so far.

the whells that fit this box are great, my old speakers were a pain in the ass to move around, but here, it's like pushing air, it just goes unitl you cant catch them...

with the covers its great to store them or if you put them out of the van and you have some outdor event, rain is no problem.

It moves the air and kicks you with power, for open air perfect, indor you need a bit of eq setting... but i had no problems here.

for tops i use nova fullrange speakers and they sound great together, but i thin i would still need two of these to get the ratio betwen SUB and TOP...

the point is it does the job
