Just what I needed

I was looking for good quality cost effective speakers for a Village Hall. That's exactly what I got!

Proper wedge monitor

Great piece of kit - functional, looks good, light.

good vocal monitor

This is a good monitor which I used for vocal foldback and also occasionally for electric guitar backline from a Behringer LX1200 V-ampire head. I like the bottom end frequencies and the smooth high frequency response from the little cone driver - it's much better sound than the piezo tweeters usually used in cheap speakers. A friend of mine eventually bought these from me and used them on stands with a Dynacord Powermate as his main gigging PA. I was surprised how well they handled this. Very impressive, especially for the price. Recommended!

These are fabulous for the price, don't think you could get better...They are good for main speakers for a small Gig (can be pole mounted) & are great as monitors for the larger Gig....

Great, solid monitors

Have had two of these for a couple of years now. They have been used every week since then as monitors for my band. We've had no problems with them at all, they have worked perfectly since then. Can't get any better than that!

Good quality product at a ver reasonable price

Unpacked this monitor and took it straight out to the gig. Seems well made a perfectly loud enough. Powered from a MA120 II and using them as a pair provided ample monitoring for vocals and keys. Nice enough tone for a monitor and the are really light. The carpet is thin, but looks like it will stand the test of time. The only issue is the handle is a little small for my hands. Other than that I'm really happy and will be buying a second one.

the box, the best

Wouldn?t buy any other. Great for the price. Bought 2 for use in a band for practicing and live, have performed great so far. Plan on buying more. they are robust and they sound great. only negative is that they are heavy.

Does everything I need and great for the price!

I use these regularly as monitors for pub gig and even as tops for small disco gigs and they work great! No problems since I got them a few months ago and for the price they actually sound good, great built quality and reliable 100% so far!

Good product but the speaker is not the strongest

I own two of these ECO MKII units which I have used many times as foldback monitors at the front of the stage in rock´n´roll bar gigs(the drummer uses an active monitor), connected in series from the monitor out feed of a Behringer 250Watt per channel powered mixer. They have always done a fine job, apart from a blown speaker in one of them which had to be replaced. We are a reasonably loud band! They are light and easy to carry, and the angle is just right when on the floor. They have also taken plenty of knocks and held together well. The sound is fine and full for vocals, and a big improvement on our band´s previous midrange heavy relics. The sound was even better with the upgraded speaker.

I bought this to use alongside the Box MA 120 active monitor and they do their job fine. They aren't the loudest and you're not getting "front of house" quality but in terms of letting you know where you are in a track, I can't think of a cheaper way of doing it

An excellent little monitor,well made, good sounding, a great companion to the active version.

box PA monitors

We set up our PA and thought we didnt need monitors. We couldnt have been more wrong - and these for the money deliver clear return - we have even played a gig using the monitors alone! Absolutly a must and they are good value for money

Superb Speaker

A superb addition to the MA120 MKII. We bought these for use in our band and they work a treat. Great, robust construction and great sound.

Good compliment

This perfectly compliments the powered version. As I said on my review of that one...

Great all rounder - sounds so-so but for the price it's a good buy. Just don't expect JBL tone and quality at this money.

PA M 12 ECO MKII

I've done a fair amount of Gigs & Festivals with a variety of gear, but this is still my favourite Monitor for Clarity of sound. I play mainly Acoustic material & have yet to find anything that matches the quality of accurate Frequency responce for Guitar, Bouzouki, Mandolin or Acoustic Bass. It would be nice if it had a Jack & XLR Combi Input, but I still think it's great value for money.
