Super bass

Amazing speaker, beware the size is different!

The height, width and depth are in the wrong order. As you look at the front of the speaker the true dimensions are Height- 400mm, width- 460mm, depth- 520mm. So, the depth is the longest measurement meaning it will stick out into the room more.

Apart from this, absolutely amazing subwoofer. Incredibly powerful, clear sound, and a bargain for what you get. If you need an active subwoofer, definitely get this one!

Very impressed

Very powerful base for small to medium size events. You could really hear the power of this little baby if you put the lows on maximum, or during a sound check. Definitely can get a festival vibe during a small event with a couple of these. Purchased mine as part of the Small Venue Set and am totally surprised for the value I got for the money.

The sound quality is impeccable, no weird vibrations coming from the speaker. Can be carried by one person, although a strong one.

have tried previously branded subs , very expensive and had never been happier until i bought the box Pyrit 112sub A. indeed as a mobile dj, these subs has brought so much joy in my gigs. very punchy, deep bass and easy to carry with lesser weight as compare to others. I initially bought two and i was pleased with the performance so i bought another two to make it four. this is fantastic. right now im looking to buy the same brand tops to match. i will recommend to all djs because its very powerful and reasonable price to compare.

Amazing sound from such a little box!

I bought this little sub to try and the sound quality has really blown me away! I wholeheartedly believe that you will not get better for the price anywhere! I am a wedding DJ and have started doing bigger events and this little thing is perfect! The bass is better than most 15 inch subs that I have used that cost double the price of this one. You would never think that this was a 12 inch speaker. It's early days yet but the 3 year warranty is reassuring. I can't wait to try the 2 together!

Great small compact sub

A purchased a pair of these small compact subs.

-Great additional punch for small to medium disco's

-Lightweight

-Ease of handling with well placed handles

-Good build quality

The only downside was me was I would have preferred to have a crossover where I can choose hi-pass option instead of 10'',12'' and 15'' option. But for the price point these are sold at I have no complaints.

Amazing, high quality & compact

I have to say this is by far the best subwoofer I've ever come across for a number of reason. I've used a lot of expensive, big brand subs & speakers in the past and nothing quite compares to this. 12" subwoofer with a build in amp for this price?! The sound is superb, I can't even get it to clip even at high volumes. I've purchased a second one and I'm using them with 2 10" tops, I've had a number of venue owners commenting on the quality! Absolutely amazing, highly recommended

Remarkable little box

I was weighing up buying this, or The Box Pro Achat 112 Sub A, and I'm glad I chose the slightly more powerful Pyrit 112 instead as it was well worth it.

For a 12" speaker, this thing packs a punch! I'm using it with a pair of powered 12" tops (500w RMS each) in a function band and it blends very nicely. I'm able to put kick, bass guitar and keys through and provide enough low end for small size venues (around 100 people) quite comfortably. It's not the kind of thump-you-in-the-chest bass, but reinforces the whole sound and just makes everything sound better.

I've not managed to get it to peak so far, and it's actually quite quick in its response to note changes. It's also small and light enough to carry with one hand (although you need to be relatively strong) and packs very neatly in an estate car with full PA and drum kit.

I think I might buy another one soon!
