Absolute steal

Amazing china for individual use or to stack, absolute steal for the price.

Perfect sounding cymbal with a bell that just won't fit in many cases or cymbal bags...

Like the title says, I recommend this cymbal but one can't even place it in a cymbal case because of that bell

Good Sound, Bad Quality

It gives the sound you expect it to give, but teared down easily.

Not worth buying it, sorry

My other china is HHX Evo (quiet expensive) and it's light years ahead of this one. I'm not trying to compare two so different price wise cymbals, but this one just doesn't sound like nothing! It's super quiet and I can't find any use - not for accents, not for trashy sound - nothing. I bet if I select some random metal parts from the scrap yard half of them will have more useful sound.

Its broken

Thank you to the store for quality pre-sale verification. What could you expect for such a price? Curved crookedly, the naked eye can see the difference between the edge and the body of the bend. The socket cracked, it is clear that due to the incorrect manufacture of the "technological hole" attempt to solder the crack failed and the Chinese decided "it will do as it is" . About small shortcomings, with sanding and threading, I am silent. I don't know how long this thing will live, but let's hope I don't smash it to pieces in a couple of rehearsals.

P.S sound is good.

One trick pony

Well it's explosive and really harsh sounding so it's more for accent in special occasions. Blends well with splashes though.

Good china

I bought this as a replacement china. The sound is actually beter than I thought and I've used it for a long time now. Quality is a bit less since I broke 3 cymbals due to a manufacturing mistake. The part that sticks out on this cymbal makes it harder to fit it in some cases or bags like a hardcase cymbal trolley. It needs more space than a regular china cymbal but for the price it is a nice china cymbal.

Unknown brand. Great quality

It looks like a hand hammered pot, but its sound is mind blowing.

Authentic china sound.

Get 20 if you can.

Not a drummer.

Bought this for a drummer. Sound great for the price, seem ok but not sure how long will it survive playing metal.

Best sounding china cymbal for the price!

I bought this cymbal because it was cheap, and by cheap i mean really cheap because you probably can't get a cheaper cymbal than this, except if you buy an 8" splash. The good news is, since it is so cheap, no one expects it to sound good, but as a owner of several china cymbals from different brands and sizes, this as to be the best sounding one, by bar. Even though it's cheap, i have it for more than 2 years now and it's as good as new, and i use it almost everyday and all he has is drum stick marks.

If you want a small, cheap, good sounding china cymbal, you should buy this.

Nasty!

There are lots of good reviews about wuhan chinas, so i give it a go. Lets start with sound: nasty. really nasty, trashy, sound. Like wuhan. And it is good thing, if you are looking for sound like that. I think that china cymbal must sound trashy. So amazing sound for price. Even not looking at price, great sounding cymbal. It looks good as well. But then comes quality. It seams that some steps of cymbal production hasn't happened. Edges are rough, inside of bowl was still dirty, hole was oval. So there definitely are some quality issues. But it does not change quality of sound. And actual, durability as well. I have it almost a year, and i use it as stack, and sometimes just as china, and there are no cracks or keyholing. Nothing. But in the end, just look at that price, it is unbelievably cheap, and i truly recommend this cymbal, because of two things: Price and sound.

Superb value, great sound

This china is fantastic. I was worried that the centre bell might be too narrow to allow mounting "upside down" with normal (Yamaha) cymbal mounting hardware and felts, but I was wrong - it fits fine.

This is a loud cymbal, and full of the trashy sounds I wanted. Quite keen to try a couple more in different sizes now, but for the moment this is feeding my need for Chinese!

A nice sound for the price, but beware the quality.

It's hard to fault a cymbals quality when the price is this cheap. That being said, upon receiving mine, I had to hammer the bell into a more uniform shape, as it was bent, and I had to widen and smooth the mounting hole, as it was too small and sharp to be mounted properly.

Other than that, it is built solidly, and the sound is surprisingly good for a cymbal this cheap. Bright, not too trashy, good for accents and, due to it being hand made and having taper inconsistencies, it has the nice bonus of slightly different sounds, dependant on where you hit it.

Can not complain for this price, but be warned, you too may also have to do some manual work on it.

Great value

Purchased the China to add a little different sound. For what I use it for, it's perfect. No need to spend 3 times as much.
