Really really great clarinet!

Now I don’t have much experience with playing clarinets, as this is my first. But what I can say is that it is very fun to play, the quality is great, and I’m very satisfied with this purchase

Surprisingly good for it's prize

Bought this clarinet to try out something extraordinary. I wasn't too sure I'd keep it longer than a week before sending it back, but here it still sits.

The CL-17BB CG is a surprisingly good clarinet for it's prize. It definitely beats any ABS clarinet I've tried, even the (more than doubly) expensive Yamaha and Buffet ABS clarinets. Of course it isn't wooden, but for a student clarinet this is something I can really recommend.

The tone of the clarinet is not a plastic-y fuzz but softer, closer to full-wooden instrument. I'd say the tone is perfect for jazz/pop-arrangements.

The mouthpiece is... well it's better if you just buy a mouthpiece while you are here. But that is the case with many clarinets anyhow.

The instrument is good allrounder for anyone wanting an affordable band-instrument or if the soft wooden tone isn't the most important thing.
