Not living up to expectations

I purchased this instrument about nine months ago, and wished now, that I had made another choice. A bottle of valve oil had a loose cap and had leaked into the case without causing damage. When I reported this I was asked to send photos of the bottle. Where I had purchased instruments before would have taken my word for it. Within weeks a small screw had fallen from the instrument, and I was unable to find where it came from. There is no serial number on the instrument, which does not help security if one wanted to report it stolen or lost. The main bugbear is that the extra slide with additional keys is so loose that it continually slides out of place and has to be secured with blue tack or sellotape. I previously had an intermediate Yamaha rotary, and very much regret selling it.
