A cheap tuner with problems

Tuner - often gets lost and jumps to another note. Getting the note right is not easy.

The only use for this product is to put it in a case and wear it as a spare during rehearsals.

Well built, Lots of fetures, Very temperamental

TLDR: Put in a couple extra pounds and get a better quality tuner, difference is very noticable

The build quality is good and has fetures for standard guitar and bass tuning which work resonably well however the chromatic scale tends to be unpredictable.

not very satisfied

well, it worth the price (unless I was unlucky). The button gets stuck sometimes and the display does not really show the note you are playing . That said, I could manage to tune my guitar with this tool but, at times, with some difficulties. Moved to my smartphone and kept this as a backup

it is ok

it is ok for a beginner but for a pro musician nothing beats an actual ear tuning

Looks cool, but that's all

I was using apps for tuning my bass and it doesn't work properly when there's external noise, so i thought this kind of a product would make my life easier, i was so wrong :/ This bad boy can't tell the difference between an e1 and an a2 with litreally no external sound(in a soundproof studio, and i was muting the other strings yes). it looks cool tho, and in this price i can't argue, but if you need a proper tuner, you should get one that you plug your guitar into.

Not good

This tuner is not good. It takes a lot of time to read the note and reads it wrong more times than it reads well..... I would recommend you to buy a more expensive but better tuner...

Not for bass

This tuner had a tough time tuning 5-string basses. Moving the tuner around on the headstock helped little. It's not just the low-B that has issues, it doesn't seem to pick up the low-E right either, better than B, but still ...

I would expect this to work fine with guitars, but didn't test it.

Works... kinda

You're going to have a real hard time trying to tune something with it. I'm using it on both my electric bass and guitar and it just doesn't want to work properly.

Each time Itune with it it constantly switches for no reason. F.ex. when I'm tuning an E string it shows me that it's a G when it clearly isn't and after a second says that it's a B even when I'm not turning the "tuning knob" or however you'd want to call it.

You can tune it because it *sometimes* happens to just work but it's just easier to do the same thing with a mobile tuning app.

All in all, a waste of money

Not very accurate

Good value for the price, but I ended up buying a better more expensive one after some time. This one is just not very accurate

Flakey device and inaccurate

Tried a few different things to get better results with this tuner at the end of my HB guitar but it still exhibits the following problems:

1. On "Guitar" mode, it struggles to find the right string to tune against, regularly bouncing around between notes and only rarely settling on the right note to measure against.

2. Sometimes the tuner fails to respond to any note and then becomes erratic.

3. Even when it finds the right note, the tuner struggles to hear the pitch being played, even in dead silent rooms. This leads to inaccurate readings, wildly erratic readings or no readings at all.

4. For example, starting with the bottom E string, the tuner sometimes thinks I'm playing A, D or even G strings!!

I've taken the (brand new) battery out and replaced it, cleaned the battery contacts and restarted the tuner multiple times but it makes no difference.

This tuner is a bit of a dud, I'm afraid.

The response is bad, and also the battery life

It started to cause trouble after 5 days of use. It didn't pick up the string tuning well, its pretty big, not low profile.

I purchased the Daddario low profile tuner which is a Ferrari compared to this.

No need to buy this

I am a total beginner. My guitar was completely out of tune, and this tuner didn't even recognize the string I was playing. I tuned my guitar with a mobile app. After that it finally recognized the strings. Would be great if it had a button to choose the string you're tuning or choose automated tuning. It is not precise enough, it is not responsive enough. Fun thing is that it has 3 modes chro, bass, guitar.
