Best for this price

I use it for home recording and acoustic gigs.

It has nice sound and dinamic - from piano to forte, its loud enough ( not like a Marshall amp,but for a wind instrument).

You can play solos and chords easily with its pipe (comes with long tube too).

The tuning is not perfect - i have already found a video on youtube how to tune it, so you can fix it at home, but it doesn't bother me that much, so i left it that way.

Well made product, comes with a nice gigbag.

Overall, I love it, this is a realy cool instrument for this price.

Cheap as Chips!

I bought this when my band were playing an 'Unplugged' gig but needed a keyboard to beef up the sound.

It's not the loudest instrument in the world, but I suppose it depends on how hard you blow! Comes with two mouthpieces - one is longer than the other for use when you are playing the Melodica in front of you, as opposed to 'clarinet style'. The case is really handy as well.

Great value for money.

Great Melodica for a great price!

This instrument works great for a longtime now, even the box is still in great look. Personally i used this Melodica to make my own Kontakt sampled instrument, works as desired!

Brilliant for the price

I love this little melodica. Such fun to play even for beginners. Sounds great in the hands of a practiced keyboardist. And at this price, I'll just keep buying them when they break.

Melodious Melodica

With regards to melodicas in general I find they are comparable to salt. A little can add just that perfect something that just brings everything together. Too much and everything is ruined.

As melodicas go this is one is great! It comes in a perfect little case and all the paraphernalia and accoutrements you need.

Worth the price, but might not last too long

I have played this melodica for a year as a joke, and now one note has become noticeably out of tune. I guess, I should have taken care of the cleaning instead of letting the salive dry out by itself. On the other hand, the price is so low, that I can't really complain.

Super sound

This was the first melodica I bought and I've taken it to sessions to play in public. It was easy to play with a super sound. It is still in tune after two years. It was this instrument that made me fall in love with the melodica, so portable to take out to play and such a nice sound. I've since bought a very expensive Suzuki melodica but I still play this one from time to time.

Lots of fun

It's a pretty fun instrument, and very versatile. I am no expert on this, nor on a normal piano, but all I can say is that it's a lot of fun and makes a loud noise, so its worth every penny

Melodica

Bought this because we were inspired by Joe Jackson's use of one on 'Geraldine and John'.

Makes a great keyboard sound when you can't play - or afford - keyboards!

Used it live and for recordings - a staple in our analogue effects box - along with the rain stick, sleigh bells and parrot!

One day we'll learn to play it properly!
