Can not fault it

Bought this one mostly for my kid to play and it is still not broken so I can confirm it is built well. It sounda adequate for what it is, I can not imagine a much better sounding mellodica. The blue case is nice.

very cool Melodica for the price

this melodica works very good considering the low price. the reel big adventure of this product is that it is come with all the things you need and extra. Mostly melodicas don't come with matching case and a tube, so this is nice to get all in one package for this price level.

Traditional melódica sound for a nice price

Not bad for about $15

I didn't expect a top quality instrument. (obviously) But I love traveling with this instrument. It is light, compact, and easy to play. My only big complaint is the tuning. If price was a rating, I'd give it 5 stars for that!

Cheap fun, for people with little piano training.

Works perfectly, and has nice case, and 2 mouth pieces. Works perfectly if you wanna cover gorillaz songs.

Too loud

This is nice all in all, but it's way too loud. There's also no way to play it more quiet. Blowing with less force doesn't affect. For stage performances, the loud voice might be a good quality. But as in every other users.. How loud it is, you may ask? That loud that it's embarrassing to play it in an apartment... I'm sure my neighbors neighbor can hear it too. Casing is nice though.

Great buy!

So i bought this melodica just to fiddle around a bit and have some fun, nothing too serious. Obviously i didn't want to spend hard cash on what i thought was going to be a toy-ish instrument. Good thing i was wrong. It's a sturdy instrument, doesn't feel like a toy. It comes in a nice and decent bag wich provides good protection.

The instrument itself sounds very good! Mind that i have nothing to compare it with but still... I'm very happy with my buy!

Very nice little melodica

Nice little instrument to play around with and to provide interesting texture on your recordings (if semi-pro use is intended).

Excellent for young music fellas to experiment with

Great for the price!

Build quality is pretty good. It features a hole for "outing" saliva. Sounds really nice. I like it and recommend it

Love it

I wanted some new toys for my studio, just instruments and things that can let the creativity take new directions, so I bought this melodica. With some basic piano knowledge you can really have a fun time with this thing.

Pros:

- Great sound, it's actually a pretty loud instrument (keep in mind this is my first melodica so I have nothing to compare it with).

- You get both a reed to hold it like a saxophone, and a longer plastic pipe to play it like a keyboard on the table for example.

- A bag with straps you can use if you carrying it around with space for the two mouthpieces.

No cons really, great fun.

Satisfactory

Cool for having fun and does the job just right for tunes which are not very "polyphonic"

Great value to get started or play around with

Sounds good (the intonation isn’t always perfect but good enough), good build quality, and looks good too. The tube and case are welcome additions also!

Very fun and interesting instrument.

A friend has told me about this musical instrument, and i tought i should give it a try. Bassically, its a piano that you blow air in in order to make sound. The notes are very accurate, its unbelieveble fun to play. In fact, its a versatile music instrument. You can play jazz, country, even ska or folk.

The only problem i've encountered is the durability of the materials. I ve dropped it once and there is a litle chip at the edge of the melodica.

But long story short, It a great musical instrument/ toy i recomend it. it is very inexpensive, very fun, the sound is very good.

May be seen as the most affordable "analog" portable keyboard with 37 small keys.

It sounds fine, is light, great to carry around.

My only worry is the cleaning aspect... corregated tube is difficult to clean and the melodica itself is not made to be opened and cleaned inside. This may be a long term issue if it sees a lot of action.

great little thing

i think the sound is although good, somewhat shaggy, which is ok for such a thing.

super

This melodica is a very nice piece of gear. It sounds quite a lot like it's more expensive brother from Höhner, in fact I bet many people wouldn't be able to tell much a difference. The low notes are sometimes a little bit harder to sound, so you need to blow harder.
