Really helpful customer service, it arrived one day early, very well packed.

The build quality is fine, it feels solid and I like the "Butterfly" back.

The sound does seem to lie between a uke and a banjo, given that nylon strings don´t have quite the crispness of metal.

Maybe if I paid twice as much I might get something slightly better, but this suits me very well indeed.

Sounds and looks lovely! I use it in school- the students love getting the chance to play it!
