Great little gong

I use this for sound healing sessions, but I am careful not to hit too hard as this small gong has a tendency to scream (as all small wind gongs would), but played with subtlety, this is an amazing instrument with surprisingly diverse resonances for its size. I do not use the mallet supplied as is. I covered it with softer fleece to dampen the sound to my taste and for use in confined areas over clients who may be sensitive to sharp clang sounds.

Dong!

Never had a gong before, but got one to use to round up the family at meal times! This one does just fine - it makes a nice "dong" sound when struck and looks pretty good as well.
