It was easy enough to install. No drilling. Be sure to order the right one (modern vs classic). The only slight problem was getting the ferrules out on the back of the tele. I have not tightened it much, only three whole turns. Makes it possible to do both up and down bends, and is less stiff this way.. Because, yes, it's quite stiff. Holds tuning exceptionally well. i do not like the arm....
