good

It got a bit old quickly, but I tried it on a different drum than the one I always use and it might be worn out because the cymbals aren't angled well. Nice anyway. I love this brand.

mijn favo stokjes

ooo wat zijn ze goed!

Had ze in 5B besteld. Wat een ervaring als je 5A gewoon was, liggen prima in de hand. Blij ermee.

Good sticks

Good sticks, mostly for practising.

I'm not a big fan of the natural finish tho, but that's presonal taste.

Great Sticks

Very happy with these sticks in general, some break quickly but for this price it is a great deal.

Another one

Always choosing the same for regular practice.

Good grip

• Better grip than the Vic Firths

• More affordable

• Quite durable**

**I had two pairs and kept each for about 2 months.

I play metal and punk.

Definitely worth buying a pair and giving it a shot!

Cheaper - But still good.

Nova, as far as I've understood, is sold cheaper due to them not making the absolutely final cut when it comes to weight/balance and stuff up to Vic Firth's standards.

This was the 2nd pair of drumsticks I ever bought. Unfortunately at the time, I was looking for 5A and bought some bigger sticks than intended since I didn't know much about sizes. That being said, I don't regret buying them, because I did end up using them on various songs and I really loved them.

As far as being a Nova, you don't really feel the difference without years and years of experience. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't feel too much of a difference now, it's a great stick for starting out and it is really durable. Had mine for over a year now and they still are not worn out. That being said, those are not the sticks I mainly played with as I used 5A for the longest time, but they feel great, give a great sound and are durable for my playstyle.

Very good

I mostly play the guitar and a little drums just for fun, so i'm not an expert. However i really like these drumsticks. I've been playing them for about a year, they feel comfortable and durable.

Great sticks..

These sticks are just the right weight and length for me and are extremely durable, and they cost me around ¤5 a pair!! Unbeatable value!!

Love it

Low price and famous Vic Firth quality in one product. Nothing to say about it - the sticks are great.

Low budget/ Hoge kwaliteit

Nova's are quality

I have been a user of Vic Firth for more than 20 years as a professional touring drummer. I play heavy rock and hit hard, and I have noticed that the quality of recent years Vic Firth have not really been the same the last 5-10 years or so.

By chance I bought some Nova's 5B, and to my surprise these were just as good, and after paying more for "real" VF's a couple of times, I wonder if they are not even better. At least I seem to break them less often.

Good. Short term

Got two pairs. they felt great... but they don't last as long as regular Vic's. less money = less longevity :)
