Vic Firth 5A American Classic Hickory 5-stars Reviews
Excellent sticks
Good quality sticks with great longevity.
Lightweight but with a very strong sound. Overall very well made
The grip, the quality and the weight of the stick is exactly the same with the vic firth 5A drumsticks that you go and buy from a shop. So if you know exactly what drumstick you want to buy do not hesitate, order it!!!
The perfect pair
There were first drumsticks for my child and we buy them 3 years. Drumsticks are very quality: straight, light, good balanced, nice lie in hand. Very good work.
Love these sticks
A classic pair of really high quality drumsticks.
Love that they are pitch matched so that you don't have to adjust your hand technique. Also they don't break easily. Most of the time the tip of the stick breaks, not the stick it self.
Been using these for years, awesome sticks
industry sticks
great all rounders ,used for years!
Comfortable abd durable
These sticks are really durable compared to any other sticks ive tried across many different brands. 1 set can last me up to a year, which is particularly impressive compared to alternative sets of drumsticks. I also particularly like the weight and grip comfort of these sticks, more so than my last Nova sticks.
Dope Sticks!
These sticks are bad boy,
they did not break and sounded great for recording drums!
Can't Go Wrong!
Great & reliable sticks, used mainly for jazz and fusion genres (however I know rock drummers that also use these). Light in weight and great for slowly building strength in forearms to move onto a heavier 5B for example!
Standart
Great feel. Great weight balance, good for rock good for jazz. Durable. Standart of drumsticks.
Always a good product
I love this sticks, played them since i started drums, i love them and the grain pattern is very very straight and i have never braked one...
The proper regular drumsticks
In this drumsticks everything is as it should be. They are balanced and well matched. Thanks to the fact that they aren?t thick they are light and you can play with them very fast. They are also durable because of the hickory wood they are made of.
Always the best
Vic firth is always at the top. Strong and reliable
Really nice for non-drummers, too
Bought it to play drum tracks and have them recorded in midi. As I'm not a drummer I don't have special needs but I'm really satisfied with these sticks.
Btw, a drummer friend tried them out and said they were really nice.
Quality
Great sticks, they last very long. The only thing is the variable weight.
A great stick to play with
These are a great classic 5A stick. They last for a ling time even with a hard hitter like myself which is great.
Theyre good value for money as well. Sticks can end up being a big expense of you play regularly like me,
You cant go wrong with these, if you're not sure about what stick to go for, get these and work from these. 5A is the medium of drum sticks - not too light and not too heavy.
Great sticks!
The most basic, reliable, trustworthy pair of sticks out there. Of course - it's all subjective, but to me, personally, there's not a better all-around stick out there. The shape of the tip is especially nice - great response from the cymbals, great feel in the hands.
Dependable consistency
I've been playing drums for more years than I'd like to admit and I always come back to Vic!
Every stick feels exactly the same as every other stick to me. In fact, I recently found a pair at the bottom of a box when I moved house; they'd been there for at least a decade - but they felt, and played, identical to a brand new pair. What else can I say?
Very good drumsticks
I needed drumsticks to play mainly slow and heavy rock beats. I love the weight of Vic Firth 5A American Classic Hickory. Just what I was looking for.
Maybe the best
One of the best from Blues to Metal.
