Viscount Cantorum Duo 5-stars Reviews
An excellent instrument of outstanding quality, substantially built.
This is superb. My only minor criticism would be that the lower and upper ends of the lower manual are not easily played due to the height of the wood side walls; a chromatic scale starting on bottom C would be very difficult to execute as would a descending chromatic commencing on top C. I've thought about taking a saw to it to remove the side walls but am reluctant to do so since this would spoil the overall appearance.
Other than this minor issue I have no complaints whatsoever.
Practical design
Clever design and good quality at a reasonable price.
Practical for home practise or small church use, with a variety of combinations, and options, to handle different styles and settings.
Portability, with pedals etc, is easily possible with 2 people.
Great bargain
The instrument is perfect for homes and small chapels. The sound system is good and the range of register sufficient for most liturgical settings. I used similar portable electric organs before, but Cantorum Duo has the best C/P. Bought one for the chapel and a second for personal practice at home. Highly recommend!!!
Very good
Very good sound quality, clear sounding bass. The main speakers on the sides allow a better distribution of the sound.
The weight makes the equipment not very practical to move it.
I have experience of playing a Viscount Chorum 20, and the capacities of this one that by being portable are not inferior to it well worth the investment. I like the versatility of the transposer, it allows to connect a pedal of volume and a pedal growing, that is an advantage in a portable organ. In addition they disclose 4 styles of organ sound that are a plus. I have used it in churches and it has a comprehensive sound, which does not require external amplification.
high quality of organ church voices, easy to use, amazing sound
